2025 Membership Options

Basic Membership: Registration requires the purchase of our Basic Annual Membership per participant but this can also be a stand-alone membership. This basic membership allows members to have dock access privileges should they want to bring their own boats down to paddle and to maintain a social membership with the club.

Fee: $50 per person. The basic membership fee is included in all regular club programs.

Masters: This membership level allows the member access to Masters programming while also giving them the flexibly to utilise our amazing Open Paddle program giving you access to SUPs, surf skis, outriggers, canoes and kayaks during open paddle times.

Fee: $400.00, includes Basic Membership Fee

Endurance Paddling: This membership level allows the member access to Endurance Paddling programming while also giving them the flexibly to utilise our amazing Open Paddle program giving you access to SUPs, surf skis, outriggers, canoes and kayaks.

Fee: $400.00, includes Basic Membership Fee

Open Paddle Membership: We encourage all members to participate in open paddle as it's a great way to meet other members and get out on the water in whatever boat you'd like. This is an unstructured program where boats are available for use with guidance from our boat house staff and experienced members. This membership offers a variety of unstructured paddling options for men, women and families interested in developing their skills in Sprint Canoe, Kayak, Surfski, SUP and Outrigger Canoe.

Fee: $300.00, includes Basic Membership Fee

Dragon Boat Membership: The Sidelaunchers are the CPC's dragon boat team. We are made up of men and women of all ages and abilities, who practice together, on water two to three times per week, May/June through September! 

Fee: $400.00, includes Basic Membership Fee

Dragon Boat Orientation: The Sidelaunchers offer a 4 week, 1 day a week orientation session during May-June and June-July for people wanting to learn more about Dragon boating or those returning to the sport after a time away. New members must complete an orientation prior to joining the regular dragon boat program.

Fee: $75.00, includes Basic Membership Fee. A discount code for most of the regular program fee will be provided for those who complete the orientation who go onto join the regular program.

Paddle Camp Cancellation Policy

·       All cancellations/refunds are subject to $50 admin fee.

·       Cancellation requested made greater than 14 days before the start date, you may cancel your registration and receive either a refund.

·       For cancellations requested 14 days or less prior to the start, no refund.

·       Requests to transfer to an alternative week will be honoured if there is space in the replacement week. A $50 administration fee will be charged.

·       No Refund will be issued if a participant is asked to leave due to disciplinary issues, and/or violating safety policies and/or the Code of Conduct.

·    No Refund will be given for no-shows.

·       All cancellation/refund requests must be done in writing to registrar.cdbcc@gmail.com. Refund requests may take up to 2 weeks to process.

·       Refunds are not granted for inclement weather. Please see our Inclement Weather Policy. 

·       If our camp/program is canceled, we will offer a full refund, or credit to a future program offered by Collingwood Paddling Club, valid for one year.
